Percentage-based planning has a built-in conflict
If a planner takes 15% of your budget, every upgrade puts money in their pocket. We charge a flat fee agreed at the start, so when we tell you the cheaper venue is the better room, you can believe us. We also pass on every vendor discount rather than keeping the kickback, which is not standard in this industry and probably should be.

How do you charge?
A flat fee agreed before we start — full planning from $6,500, partial from $3,200 and day-of coordination from $1,800. Never a percentage of your budget.
What does a wedding here actually cost?
In this region, a 100-guest wedding realistically runs $35,000 to $60,000 all in. We will give you honest regional numbers at the free consultation rather than whatever you want to hear.
Do you take vendor commissions?
No. Any discount we negotiate is passed to you. That is not standard practice in this industry, so it is worth asking anyone you interview.
How far ahead should we book?
Twelve to eighteen months for a peak-season Saturday, and we only take a limited number of dates. Off-season and weekdays are far more available and considerably cheaper.
